Under horrible new management Mathew Groseck
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location has potential but the building just keeps going down to the floor
Cons:
Metro Management Mathew Groseck never in office has 2 secretaries one
Of them Alexandra doesn’t do anything but sit on her phone and lie about the tenants! Manager comes to work with pants hanging
and underwear showing! Always parking his construction work trucks in no parking zones or tenants parking spaces that they pay for Not professional! Leaves early and is rarely in office because he goes and attends to his construction company most of the day and not managing the building! Yells and curses at tenants and doesn’t do what he’s supposed to regarding building and apartments! Complete horror show! DO NOT PURCHASE they raised Maintenance by 18% This building is full of illegal activities including Some board members and horrible managers
Advice to owner:
Get new managment company!!!
