    Pretty nice building
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    If your windows is on the street - it’s pretty nice view
    Heat, water etc all good
    New laundry
    Gym
    Cameras in building
    Close to the ocean and to the subway, but pretty quite area
    Cleaning in building is really good
    Parking in the back
    Cons:
    Packages were stolen couple times
    Noisy neighbors (or thin walls?)
    Increasing price too much every year
