Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews for 2750 Homecrest Avenue reveal a mix of experiences. The building benefits from a convenient location near transit and dining, spacious units with balconies, and attentive maintenance staff praised by some tenants. However, cleanliness and garbage management vary widely, with multiple reports of pest infestations including rats and cockroaches. Heating is inconsistent and often inadequate in winter, and noise levels can be problematic due to thin walls and floors. Management responsiveness is frequently criticized for being slow or unhelpful, contributing to tenant dissatisfaction. While neighbors are generally decent, the overall tenant sentiment suggests the property needs improved customer service and maintenance reliability to enhance residents’ living experience.
