Pros:
There’s no pros
Cons:
Irresponsible landlord. No heat, mouse infested, old doors, very thick paints on the wall. Building door is old, not secure. Shelters are in better conditions.
Advice to owner:
She knows she is a terrible landlord so no advice needed.
