Pros:
Location, view, friendly neighbors
Cons:
Poor maintenance, poor pest control, heat erratic, super is overwhelmed, garbage closet chutes extremely poorly maintained.
Advice to owner:
Building needs much better regular maintenance done and far better professional pest control. Building should be in much better shape

Good Co-op building

Pros:
Well maintained, Live-in Super, never had issues with packages. Laundry in building which was recently completed updated. Management office is pretty responsive.
Cons:
Older building. Steam heating is not the best. Roach problem through out building including lobby
