Decent, but don’t except to live here long term

Neighbors are friendly. The apartments are decent size.

Very old, needs full gut renovations. Heat and water will stop working several times.

Renovate and stop being cheap.

Overpriced for quality, needs new management

Pros

Great location, nice folks living in the building, easy garbage management and on a quiet street

Cons

Landlord/main property owner for most of the condos is not on top of things and cuts too many corners with repairs in an already old and grimy building. Multiple leaks, including in windows and ceiling, over the course of our tenancy that required persistence over months only to get band-aid repairs.
