    great building in prospect heights

    Pros:
    very kind management
    great neighbors
    fantastic location
    Cons:
    tough process to get in but its all front loaded
    my unit has loud radiators but that may not be the case for everyone. the radiator fix would require a gut reno
    my unit was advertised as having roof access and thats not true
    the courtyard has bike and stroller storage but is not a good place to hang

    338 on point!

    Pros:
    Lived in NYC over 25 years in ten different buildings and have never had a super so responsive. Building is always clean, and any issue with the building is always resolved quickly and in a friendly manner. Never adversarial, always welcoming and looking our for tenants. Something truly rare in Nyc
    Cons:
    Unit came with older AC wall units.
