Beautiful town home

Pros:
We had a great backyard, the doormen were always nice and it was a great atmosphere
Cons:
The building manager screwed us when we needed our wood floors replaced after the company owned up to it being their fault. The replaced our floor with cheap fiber wood flooring when the original was expensive wood.

Beautiful, quiet, well-managed condo

-Walls are ACTUALLY soundproof, have never heard my neighbors on the other side of me -Recently built -Laundry in unit -Gym and pool with nice common areas -Great doormen

-AC a little faulty -Gym could be a bit better stocked
