Nice new building, ongoing water issues

Pros:
Brand new so everything was clean and nice The doormen and super were all very friendly and helpful
Cons:
While I lived there there was a minor water issue, but since then I understand multiple people have had brown water coming out of the taps. It may have been resolved but I’m not sure

Great amenities, doormen, and maintenance. Always clean and maintained.
Cons:
Leasing office can be quite rude. Lower floors with rent subsidies are in bad shape and smell terribly.
