Filthy and badly maintained

Esperanza refused to do any repairs. The building was filthy. The super does not do a good job at all.

The Murder House

Location, location, location!
Cons
Needing five keys to enter apartment, landlord’s greed and willingness to risk safety of tenants for profit. Prejudice landlord. Former roommate severing the superintendent’s arm off with a machete.
Advice to the owners
Vet who rents from you accordingly. I mentioned safety concerns in regards to a dangerous roommate and sure enough, he attacked someone.
