Filthy and badly maintained

Pros:
Good Location but that's about it
Cons:
Esperanza refused to do any repairs. The building was filthy. The super does not do a good job at all.
Advice to owner:
Clean your building.

The Murder House

Location, location, location!
Cons:
Needing five keys to enter apartment, landlord’s greed and willingness to risk safety of tenants for profit.

Prejudice landlord.

Former roommate severing the superintendent’s arm off with a machete.
Advice to owner:
Vet who rents from you accordingly. I mentioned safety concerns in regards to a dangerous roommate and sure enough, he attacked someone.
