Pros:
Nice location, close to the trains and stuff to do in bushwick
Cons:
We had a kitchen fire and it took threatening legal action for anyone on management to respond to us. They then sent a very, almost too young guy out to fix our oven and then proceeded to explain that it was our fault that there was a faulty gas connection. According to them that was not their responsibility that there was a break in the hose... glad it wasn't a worse fire or they would've really left us to rot
Advice to owner:
Remember you are dealing with humans, not dogs
