Pros
This is a really wonderful girl. There are eight units, all loft with 25 foot ceilings. The owner allows renovations and additional buildout in the lofts. I have yet to see a bug or a mouse or a rat. Roof top deck is phenomenal. One of Tennant built it out for everyone to use. This whole building is rented stabilized.
Cons
The only thing that’s missing is an elevator. There are 10 flights to the fourth floor and another four flights to the roof. It’s walk up and groceries can be a bear. The trade-off is that it’s beautiful spaces.
Advice to the owners
Keep doing what you’re doing. Everyone who lives in this building really love management. Moses is a.plus too. He takes good care of everything.

Pros
lovely spacious units, never saw any pests whatsoever. loft is great. never had a package stolen.
Cons
a drug dealer (not weed if you catch my drift) lived in the building when we were there, lots of police activity. invasive and noisy building environment generally. many airbnb units. people coming and going constantly for a relatively small building. VERY large building under very noisy construction across the street as of 2020-2021. a back unit is better for this reason!
Advice to the owners
ask tenants to abide by quiet hours after 10pm. limit airbnb’s.
