DO NOT rent from this “church organization.” You will not meet the actual owner and no one answer your questions or concerns for day. HORRIBLE!!

Pros:
The size of the living room.
Cons:
Water running into the apartment from the ceiling in the living room, bathroom, and my daughter’s bedroom, mice, loud noises from linden Blvd, and my nuisance neighbors that I received no help from the organization.
Advice to owner:
Whoever the property owner is my advice to you is to be more active with your tenants and what they are going through. My family has had a very difficult time here with poor communication from you.
