Pros:
large space natural light
Cons:
Walls are thin, windows don’t work, owners don’t repair things as they say they would. Roach infestation and issues with basement flooding
Advice to owner:
Do better and be a decent human being

Location. And that’s a stretch.
Cons:
Horrible landlord, building in poor repair, pests, loud business (restaurant) on ground floor
Advice to owner:
Sell the building, you are not cut out for this profession

Building is never cleaned, mice in apartment, plumbing is bad, owners don’t fix anything, very noisy, cockroaches
