    Pros:
    Water pressure was ok I guess
    Cons:
    Everything. The place was disgusting and the landlords absentee and from hell, lived out in Rockaway and never came except to snoop or install more money saving gizmos that turned off all the lights at night. Rarely cleaned and never cared.
    Advice to owner:
    One day you are gonna get busted by the city

    Walls are thin, windows don’t work, owners don’t repair things as they say they would. Roach infestation and issues with basement flooding

    Do better and be a decent human being
