Apt 3 - worst landlords / neighbors

Pros

The apartment was spacious.

Cons

The neighbors seemed to be squatters, having parties on week day nights. Really noisy and blasting music.

Pros

Great location, landlord and building management was attentive & quick to solve issues.

Cons

The rats on the street became a huge problem but it looks like they’ve gotten new trash cans now which hopefully is helping.

Advice to the owners

This was a great investment property!
