    Great building in an awesome location.

    Pros:
    This is a quiet, well maintained building and has been a great place to live.
    Cons:
    No major cons, even when something does go wrong the super and management team are responsive.
    Advice to owner:
    Get to know the super!

    Heat is ancient and doesn’t work properly, package thefts and forced entry
    Advice to owner:
    Fix the heat and provide appropriate package room
