Quiet neighborhood, well-maintained building, spacious unit, newly renovated, responsive management.

No washer and dryer in unit unlike many others in the building

Amazing layouts + lighting

Pros:
So much light! Windows everywhere and the units feel spacious. Almost every unit has a sizeable balcony, small building so fewer sounds.
Cons:
Elevator constantly broken and severe water damage during flooding storms (walls would have bubbles form of water inside of it)

Water damage needs to be under control
