Staff are great and very responsive to issues

Cons

Windows are extremely drafty and water heater is inefficient so your electricity bill is through the roof during the winter. Very loud - you can hear all the subways and noise from other apartments on your floor as well as other rooms in your unit

Incredibly high heating bills. Package theft took months for the building to do something about, but the package room is not being used by staff.
