2955 Shell Rd. Pros and Cons

Pros:
Despite its issues I loved living here. The front desk staff are friendly and always there to help with anything. Neighbors are friendly. They have an exterminator available at no cost. The building is clean. Laundry in building and pet friendly.
Cons:
Water leaks from the bathtub faucet, mold issues, roaches, flooring comes off during the summer due to the heat and management is either slow or doesn’t address complaints.
Advice to owner:
Offer other options for paying rent besides checks.
