    Sales. Who is on the inside of buying up estate apts?

    Pros:
    Close to beach
    Cons:
    Nasty neighbors. NO COVID PROTECTIONS in place. Located right under elevated subway so need MTA card to get into apartment.
    Advice to owner:
    Expect constant new maintenance charges
