Good location, lotta mice

Pros:
Good location. Nice sized apartments. Solid neighbors.
Cons:
Mice everywhere. Staircase is slowly collapsing. Water damage in walls, likely mold.

Illegal building behind a building. Had to walk through an often flooded underground tunnel to reach building
