Nice small apartment in Greenpoint
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good size for one person. Top floor. Cozy and charming. Good natural light. Really nice Neighbour.
Cons:
Floor is a bit curved and pretty old. But it’s ok for the price you pay.
Advice to owner:
Maybe a little update to the floor

It's a good place
Former Tenant
Pros:
Lived in the rear building. It's nice having a patio. Quiet, fruit from a mulberry, relentless raccoons. A slice of plastic nature in north brooklyn.
