Health hazards abound

Location is ok
Cons:
Entire building turns over once a year, protect yourself! Public areas are Never cleaned, constant trash problem front citations from the city, mouse INFESTATION, split units full of hazardous material, had to call air quality folks for testing after we started getting sick, what they found was unreal. was given the apartment filthy and not painted. Landlords harass tenants, call, leave notes on your door to bully you to leave, have a fake attorney they’ll send letters from when you try to hold them accountable. Low lives!

Rodents and Trash

Pros:
Greenpoint is good. Building is in between 2 construction sites.
Cons:
MICE MICE MICE , persistent problem
Rent went up $600 per month in 2022
Trash problem, brown water, deadbeat landlords
Used tampon sat in front of building door for 9 days… just an example of the charm
Advice to owner:
Stop being lazy. clean the building and prevent rodent issues by using correct building materials
