Prime location. Neighbors are amazing and neighborhood is family oriented.
Cons:
Landlord hires random men for repairs. Repairs are never up to par, and the bare minimum is fixed. Roaches are LONG TIME RESIDENTS and every landlord refuses extermination. The building never gets cleaned or renovated. Mold throughout building and apartments, which is just painted over.
Advice to owner:
Treat your property like your own home. GET. AN. EXTERMINATOR!!
