    Pros:
    Renovation is nice
    Cons:
    Roaches are all over the building, the hall is humid (it needs VENTILATION), landowner doesn’t react fast to tenants problems (approx. 3 months after incident)
    Advice to owner:
    Take your tenants serious, don’t be lazy, DO YOUR JOB.
