Love living here

Pros

Quiet building with only two units - right near the park, has full amenities (dishwasher, washer dryer in unit, etc), great neighbors, open space layout, the price is right, etc. Neighbors are quiet and friendly and we all look out for each other.

Cons

Pests! The backyard has a major rat issue. We are on a somewhat loud street since its right by a bus stop/right off a red light so people zoom past the apartment.

Advice to the owners

Pest issue is hard to manage...

Perfect for a family

Pros

The duplex gets a ton of natural light, lots of space, and a really open layout.

Cons

Rats. The entire backyard is infested, we called an exterminator and he said that there is a hive(?) of rats that live on either side of the building.

Advice to the owners

Contact the buildings on the right and left and figure out the rat situation.
