Pros:
Well-maintained building with super responsive and professional owners. If there was an issue with something in my apartment, it would get fixed pretty quickly.
Cons:
My upstairs neighbors would constantly throw trash onto my fire escape and into the shared backyard, effectively rendering it a garbage dump. Some pretty inconsiderate upstairs neighbors as well. We have some mice issues as well.

Bedbugs galore! Avoid!

Not a whole lot after no one disclosed the bedbug issue before occupying the space.
Cons:
Bedbug central - avoid!
Advice to owner:
Take care of the problem.

Quiet/good location/ has bugs

Pros:
Quiet, nice neighbors, great location, close to the train, safe. Maintenance issues responded to pretty quickly, besides taking care of the bug problem.
Cons:
Small roaches consistently but the worst in the summer / rainy seasons. Pest control rarely comes. Dirty hallway/stairs. Old building / not maintained. Moving out mostly due to these issues.
Advice to owner:
Deep clean the common spaces, regular cleaning, regular pest control, update apartments
