Avoid Greenrock management!
Pros
It’s hella convenient to groceries, restaurants, G train and Pratt.
Cons
Management is pretty terrible and not responsive to complaints. This building is rent stabilized and the management company tries to obscure that and raise the rent illegally.
Advice to the owners
Try acting humanely and understand that the people you rent to are human. Quit being sneaky slumlords. Repair your building and don’t try to squeeze the last dime out of folks.
