Nice building but pest problem

Pros:
Great neighborhood, beautiful courtyard and nice neighbors.
Cons:
There are roach infestation in some units that seems ongoing and also seen in the basement.
Advice to owner:
Time to hire the professionals to remove this pest issue.

Overall Great, Neighbors...

Pros:
The current super is very responsive and work gets done fast.
Cons:
Alot of people at this property smoke. So there usually cigarettes smoke coming from somewhere. A few of the neighbors let their kids run screaming through the halls and in the courtyard. A few neighbors misuse the laundry machines so they are also broken or clogged with detergent.
