    Pros:
    Great location in the neighborhood
    Cons:
    Landlord and super were consistently rude and ineffective. Tried to scam us out of money from deposit even though we had multiple instances of ceiling demolishing leaks that went unfixed
    Advice to owner:
    Get a better super
