Beautiful Apt!

Pros

There are only two units in this building, making it the BEST place to live during Covid. The apartment is super new and modern. Honestly a rare find. The landlord is super responsive and sweet. She really strives to treat you like family if you so wish or leaves you alone if that is your preference. The neighborhood is great, close to everything. Couple of close subways nearby, easy access to the city.

Honestly not much to not like. No laundry onsite but there is a laundromat right around the corner!
