Close to the L and general Williamsburg area.
Most of the units were evacuated by DOE last year due to a slew of violations. Paper thin walls. Constant honking from BQE proximity. Absolutely insane pricing. Shotty worksmanship in almost all parts of units (paint, wood/tile).
