Best landlord I've had!
Pros
Very responsive and professional property management - issues like pest control, repairs etc have always happened immediately (often same day), and they even knocked down a wall and installed custom appliances on request. Rental fees are fair throughout thw landlord's properties (as far as i know), and haven't gone up.
Cons
Building exterior needs some work, and some appliances are a bit outdated. The basement is also a mess & needs work.
