The management consistently adopted a confrontational approach when addressing problems, displaying a lack of commitment to resolving issues such as front door issues and unclean hallways, all while noticeable cracks marred the walls. The building lacks structural integrity, evident by substantial wall cracks in my unit. Aging, rickety stairs that pose a safety hazard.
