Terrible management, nice apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
Beautiful building, new renovation, washer and dryer, dishwasher, personal A/C in every room, granite countertops, good location, close to subway
Cons:
Non responsive property manager, moved in in the dead of January with the heat not working and no hot water. It took a week to get Jasi the property manager to help. Didn’t provide all of the keys to the apartment so occasionally I get locked out of the building. Had to harass her for three weeks to get the key to the bolt lock on the apartment(apt key not building!). The windows in the building are very old and drafty, don’t stay closed unless they are locked in a certain way. Had multiple notices on the property from trash that was left in front of the building for months. Have no other contact info aside from the property manager who DOES NOT DO HER JOB. They are also raising rent from $3,500 to $5k with no notice. RATS IN THE BASEMENT AND FIRST FLOOR. Their is no way to open the door to the building from the apartment - I need to run down two flights of stairs every time the doorbell rings before the mail man leaves or my packages don’t get delivered. Mail is not secure and was never set up even though we asked the property manager about it several times. NO CLOSETS, NO STORAGE AT ALL.
Advice to owner:
Get a new property manager. Replace the windows. Fix the rat problem. Tenants are real people not just a paycheck and we deserve heat, hot water, keys to the building were paying for.

Awful management
Former Tenant
Pros:
L train 5min walk Good supermarkets around. Nice neighborhood.
Cons:
Terrible management, never reply, take months to repair simple stuff. Terrible noise canceling between walls and floor. Many rooms per apartment.
Advice to owner:
Change the management company, and make the apartments with less rooms
