All utilities included in the rent
Cons:
Vermine, constant strangers in the hallways because they’re always breaking the locks, constant leaks
Advice to owner:
Stop building walls around your office to keep tenants out

The design for the staircase is nice
Cons:
There’s rats running in my house for the last 9 years the building is falling apart, my celing fell on my moms freind for Christmas
