Grumpy Lanlord
Pros
Very spacious. Located on a quiet block compared to the rest of east williamsburg/bushwick. Nearby transportation.
Cons
You have to be very quiet otherwise the landlord will hit the ceiling and knock on your door once a week for noise complaints meanwhile my family and I have lived here for the past 25 years and we are a very quiet family so if you like to take showers and have company over this might not be the place for you. Also if you have kids they might not want you living there. Both husband and wife are grumpy , miserable people and will make your life hell.
Advice to the owners
Stop staring out the window every time somebody walks in or out the house , we pay rent for a reason to have the freedom to live in PEACE. not to feel like prisoners of our own home.
