    Great apartment in a less than great neighborhood
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Great super (shout out to Sergio!)
    Can barely hear neighbors (except for when they're in the hallway)
    Great rooftop deck
    Cons:
    We were the first people to ever move into the building, yet there were many flaws (microwave didn't work (management did get us a new one ASAP), leak in the bathroom, issues with front door app.
    Raising rent - too expensive for dangerous neighborhood
