Tiny new apartment for 3
Pros
Good location, with deli and groceries right below. Everything in the apartment was new when we moved in. The owner has been very responsive. Closets are narrow but very tall.
Cons
The entrance tends to accumulate lots of trash. The street can get busy and the windows do not insulate from noise or cold that well (they close perfect, but they are too thin). The kitchen needs more storage. You need the right furniture to make the most of the available space, once you do, it can be quite cozy.
