The location is great- near mccaren park + Bedford L

Cons

Lots of roaches, the oven doesn’t work, the electric is set up to all attach to one circuit so you can only run one appliance at a time or you have the pleasure of entering the disgusting dungeon of a basement to reset the breaker, the courtyard is overrun with rats- like seriously TONS of rats, and the best part of all is the heat just straight up doesn’t work and the landlord hasn’t fixed it despite numerous 311 complaints and direct complaints to her. Overall the main building and this one are unkempt and disgusting. Just don’t live here. It’s not worth it.
