Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location two minutes from the L at Bedford. Shared laundry room in the basement is pretty clean. Bedrooms are spacious.
Cons:
Lots of early morning street noise from nearby bakery and other restaurants. Maintenance can be tricky to get ahold of.

Poor construction quality, owner was unresponsive and would show up unannounced
