Safe quiet building and block

Nice neighbors and clean building, big windows with lots of light
Cons:
We haven’t had any major maintenance issues, but management is slow to respond about small ones

Create a more transparent work order system

Big windows, lots of natural light. Good location.
Cons:
Terribly insulated. Freezing cold in the winter and hot in the summer. Energy bills are crazy. Mice in the apartment and rats in the basement.
