The roof is ready to cave in and the top floor tenants will pay for it

Pros:
Quiet and good restaurants in the area.
Cons:
there are leaks on multiple floors. some apartments have leaks over the breaker box but the leaks is because to roof needs to be replaced and the owner won’t fixhave it. intercoms do not work on more than half the apartments. the building is completely unsafe. smoke detector do not work in some apartments.
Advice to owner:
replace the roof or they will be sued for negligence and violation of warrant habitability.
