    Nice, but pricey
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Generally quiet, nice tenants, excellent building superintendents
    Cons:
    Unclean laundry facilities, unkept courtyard, forced heat makes living spaces too hot in the winter and fall
    Advice to owner:
    Units here are expensive, so the few cons are disappointing. By addressing the issues above, this could be a 5 star building.
