Former Tenant
Pros:
Things I likes: Modern looking features, storage in basement, 1.5 bath
Cons:
-no air/ventilation in stairwell. Gets very hot in summer -Laundry is coin operated -next to abandoned lto with stray cats that meow and keep you up all night -Far from everything. no subways close by atleast 10 minute walk, no grovery stores, laundromats, good restaurants or bars nearby
Advice to owner:

Nice but stuffy
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean renovated and modern
Cons:
Basement room didn’t have a window which is illegal to rent out as a room. And it’s a bit stuffy in there bc no circulation of air. Kitchen cabinets are cheap.

Scholes street
Former Tenant
Pros:
No neighbor noise neighbors kept to themselves. Nice rooftop. Dishwasher. Modern! Great place for 2nd floor and up. In building Laundry works perfect never had to wait.
Cons:
Construction next door was loud early morning. Basement bedroom is illegal bc there is no door or windows. No air ventilation. Daikin in each room needs to run often otherwise it will start to smell if you use it rarely.
Advice to owner:
Fix violations such as basement bedroom.
