Water leaked down ceiling for months
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location close to almost every subway line and convenient
Cons:
Stolen packages from the front, water leaked from our ceiling for 3 months and eventually ran down our walls before they came and addressed it. Landlord would show up randomly and scold us.
Advice to owner:
Fix things right away

A nice place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s right on the outskirts of Boerum Hill proper, so you get the feel of the tree lined streets and brownstones at a cheaper price.
Cons:
It has 15 units, which comes with people incorrectly ringing your bell and sometimes a stolen package (don’t think it’s residents doing this, but it’s easier for folks not living here to come in).
