Stay here if you want to live with uncatchable mice
Former Tenant
Pros:
Convenient location Lots of space
Cons:
About a month in we noticed evidence of mice. The manager gave me the number to a pest control company they use. They came out and put down glue traps first then a second time and did the same. Months later and not a single mouse has been caught. We put our own money into different things to try to catch them but no luck. There’s a restaurant downstairs so I’ve given up on ever getting rid of them.
The super rarely answers his phone and has flat out hung up on me a few times. He shows up days after he says he will, if he shows up at all. We called him when we first noticed there were no smoke detectors in our apartment and he has never brought any replacements.
