Definitely an experience

Pros:
The vibe and look of the building, the area, the 24/7 roof top access, the gym and laundry in the basement, the common area with couches in the basement (used to have a pool table until someone damaged it sadly).
Cons:
A lot of people gave out the code to the door so random people were always inside, pretty sure that's how the pool table broke. It would always take management awhile to get us a new code. I wish there was better security for the front doors.

Pros:
Very cool architecture and floor plans. Very instagramable
Cons:
Stairs are steep and metal so they are rough on the knees and for pups, the shared laundry room always has something wrong, if security is a concern for you good luck - the back door doesn’t close all the way so homeless people get in to sleep in the winter which is fine (more power to them for being smart) but you never know who could be laying in the hallway
Advice to owner:
Be a bit more responsive. It would do wonders.
