Better maintenance and security for tenants

Cons
Front door and secondary door locks always broken allowing anyone access to the premises. Intercom system outdated and often doesn't work.
Advice to the owners
Fix the front door entrance locks. On both doors. Update the intercom system. Bells often don't work. Front door is usually always broken where in residence can congregate in between both doors illegally. Several apartments have been broken into via the fire escape.
