Good Building Bad Management

Pros:
Location is great, spaces are massive, elevator, garbage shoot and roof deck are all big pros
Cons:
Management is extremely uncommunicative. Super intendant called me a liar to my face and would not fix building issues even if asked multiple times. have had pest problems with mice which were never resolved and heat that cut out in the middle of winter
